Project Halloween

My group and I work together for our project. We did well so far and work together our project and script. I learn about second life and try to find halloween costume for my character. They help me with my character halloween costume. We have good worker team together.

Let's Discussing Managing Message

When I received from my friends, family, business, and I might need to organize the message to find specific message, delete message I do not need message then I can delete and I do need new message then I can keep message. I can create folder in store message, access options for delete message and create message in the folder. When I open AOL and check e-mail, I have message and open e-mail. Sometimes I do not know who is name e-mail then delete because I do not want to damage by virus. I know who is person from e-mail then I can keep message/information. Watch Conversation means it is common and people for message on the same topic or conversation. I open Gmail or Angle NCCC for my assignment and check e-mail information about assignment or notes.  There are many different kind of edit, delete, contact, and etcs; Contact group is a list of contacts to which I can refer collectively by a single name and I can easily address a single e-mail. When I type and name put in the folder "Friends", "Work", "Family" for message and make a create folder for message. Also I have Blackberry Sprint for e-mail and text message same as AOL e-mail.

Let's Discussion Communicating Online

E-mail is one of the most popular online communication tools. There are using for business, work, personal, friends, travel, and etcs. They always use e-mail online everyday with 24 hours. They always use any e-mail AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail, Java, Gmail, and many different kind of e-mail. E-mail Client is a program used to create, send, and receive e-mail messages. There have provide kind of e-mail Microsoft Outlock, Microsoft Window Mail, Microsoft Window Live Mail, and different kind of e-mail what do they like to use e-mail. Also E-mail Client have offer tool to create and send outgoing e-mail message, read, save, and print incoming e-mail message and their attachments, archives, delete message, and make create folder in which to organize message. E-mail message are sent over the Internet using the same packet-switching technology and all communication over the Internet. E-mail client might use a number of protocol and Post Office Protocol (POP), Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP), and Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) to interact with mail servers when sending and receiving message and the steps involved in sending and receiving e-mail message. They know how to use e-mail and they can send their information things, Bills pay, Bank, Notes, Sprint pay, and many things. They can use send e-mail online for their save time than send mail post office. They can keep notes from e-mail and put in the folder. Sometimes they do not want to keep notes then delete. They always check with virus Norton from thier e-mail.





My experience, I have my laptop computer, When I open AOL, use e-mail; I can send e-mail attachment picture to my friends and I always check with virus Norton. There is make sure no virus norton before I send e-mail. I have instant message (IM) I talk with my friends during IM online. I have VideoPhone (VP) Sorenson with Internet Protocol Address (IP) and I talk with my friends during VP. I am really love with VP. There have communicate online with e-mail and really great to see each other. I can use Video Relay Service (VRS) for things like doctor for make an appointment, my two sisters, my brother, and many things.

My Major

What is your major or career goal?

My major is photography and Digital Media. I work in Buffalo, NY at St. Mary's School for the Deaf in the museum of deaf history. I have many responsibilities. Some of the things I do include, scanning pictures and putting them in folders on the computer, framing pictures for the wall, collecting information, and creating backgrounds. I also write biographies about the alumni of St. Mary's and take pictures for sporting events and other ceremonies. After I take the pictures, I feed them onto the computer.

How can technology help or enhance it?

More people would know about deaf history if there was more information on Web Sites and in the museum. This would help people outside the deaf community learn about the deaf. If you enhance the program and improve the digital media in the museum and Web Sites, using movies about the deaf, and pictures, people would have more access to information.

Let's Discussion Video and Media Search

Video is becoming more grow for online/Internet with broadband connections plus more grow of search engine for Google Video, Clip, Yahoo, AOL, and more etc. Plus more growing of Internet user is social media, online tool used to communicate idea, share, links, contribute personal, and interact online with other web various ways. Search Engine called Social Media such as technology, Google, Blogger, AOL, News, and etc. There are same as search engine and social media more locate social media resources. There can variety of specify search engines to locate social media.

Citing Web Sources have many different of text, printing material book and magazine plus Internet have many information online books and knowledge fact that are in number of sources and need more specific information online. I may already use Internet to send e-mail my friends and find information on movie, news, sports, photography, Deaf news/events, and etc. Then explore the other section of Web Research Guide to build on my knowledge and learn the skills I need to do effective research on the web for Search Engine , Video, and Media Social. I can get information from Internet and get web browsers for Citing Web and some give me some idea about text.

Plagiarism have many different kind of viewpoint about cheating/caught cause trouble from other people who work online/web. They think of plagiarism can copying from another's work or borrowing someone esle's original idea. But there have like "copying" and "borrowing" can disguise the serious of the offense. The expression of original idea is considered intellectual property and is protected by copyright law and just like original inventions. Almost all form of expression under copyright protection as long as they are record in some way and information from Internet who work on computer's personal. They who have writing or graded a paper knows that plagiarism is not always a black and white issue.There are plagiarism and research is often unclear learning to recognize the various form of plagiarism, especially the more ones is an important steps. Plagiarism is not always cut and dry issue and Plagiarism is the use of another's original words or idea as though they were your own. There are depend on what type of work they are writing how they are using the borrowed material and the expecting of are very important to their idea.

My major is Photography and Digital Media. I always intererting in Photography very much. I would like to reseaach Internet about Photography. When I use computer and I need research Internet about Photography and how do I get infromation online. I open google search technolgy or Web Page for search engine and use software called Photoshop and Web crawler that browses the Web Sites and other information about Web Pages to a searchable index. There are different search engine collect different kinds of  information about Web pages but Web crawler can scan for some or all of the information to create their indexes for Photography, Photoshop, Lightroom, Photography Art, Digital media, and etcs. I can get more information about Photography and Media online Internet. Web Page and Crawler is stored in a database on one or more servers, creating an index and there have many different kind of Web Crawler and Pages online with search engines Internet. Most general search engine provide their search reuslts internet connections, some newer search engine and visual search resutlts for Photography that what I want to do. Search Engine has offer a variety of search tips and shortcuts for formulating a search query. Boolean operator is a used in alogical expression. For example I typye keyword online shortcut name "Photo" and I open Internert and show open more information about Photography and view all differenet kind of photography. There are creating a search in a advanced search form is a great way way to learn more about how to use specific search engine shortcutsand completed search query to learn how to create similar seach by typing shortcut and boolean operator's directly in the search engine's seach text box.

Cookies is a small stored on computer's hard drive that can data a user name, password, shipping address, or view preferences and can use the information stored in cookies to customize and user name, password to present advertisement. When I opened advance privacy setting and I do not want to refused all cookies because I do not want to virus damage from my computer. Cookies can be deleted from hard drive but cookies stored personal profiles and preferences for frequently visited sites from my computer's personal. There is one time preferable because it allow specify which ones to delete for more information on cookies and see Internet Explore Help.

Computer virus is a small damaging computer program that can infect a computer and other computer's personal too. Most of time computer is infected with virus by e-mail message or attachment when software and program are downloaded And there are infected way to against virus is to never open an e-mail attachment unless I trust by myself about e-mail and expected the attachment. Plus there is way to guard against viruses is to install virus protection software Norton AnitVirus or McAfee VirusScan software and keep the virus definitions. I pick Norton AnitVirus because there is good protection for my computer, e-mail, attachment, and downloaded Plus there is best Norton AnitVirus than McAfee VirusScan because McAfee is not safe and unprotection and cause damage with e-mail or attachment or downloaded. I have AOL and add spyware for protection virus; Spyware is a general usually applied to any technology that accesses my computer system to gather information without my knowledge and approval.

When I open Internet and go to open Go Animate and make cartoon create for fun and enjoyed to watch video then send e-mail attachment as downloaded. When I opened AOL and downloaded Go Animate and send e-mail to my freinds. There have protection Norton virus and spyware and won't damage virus from my computer's peronal.
